  • "Prior to my Nurse Coaching sessions with Clint, I was unaware of some of the reasons why I would find myself eating 30 minutes after telling myself that I would not. After working with Clint, I became aware of some core reasons why I did the things I did. What I enjoyed the most about our sessions, was the discovery process itself. During our sessions, Clint helped me discover simple techniques that detected and helped me to detour my behavior prior to executing a bad decision. These coaching sessions also helped my self-confidence by not becoming overwhelmed with how others perceived me. I would highly recommend coaching sessions with Clint Fleming!"

  • "Before working with Clint and focusing on mindfulness, I thought that I had a fair understanding of what it was to be mindful. Throughout our sessions, Clint introduced me to different ideas of what mindfulness can look like and how it can be use in different situations. Clint helped me realize that mindfulness is very unique to each person. Clint helped me in developing mindfulness exercises to help me cope with the stressful situations I was dealt with at work. • "My coaching sessions with Clint was a much needed experience for me. These sessions allowed me to open up about some challenges that I was facing in my life and helped me find solutions. I have been an ordained minister for twenty-eight years and served in the pastoral role for nine of those years. While pastoring, my son Jalen was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy at the age of five. The disease has progressed through the years to the point of being totally dependent on my wife and I for his mobility with the exception of Jaden's ability to use a motorized wheelchair, laptop, and cellphone. For the past 12 years my wife and I started taking turns getting up with Jalen two to three times during the night to turn him. But for the last 5 years, I have taken on that responsibility to ease some of the emotional stress off of her sense she is home with him every day. This has taken a toll on me physically and emotionally due to sleep deprivation over the years and I'm working full time. The coach sessions help me to share that stress and gave me an opportunity to share with my family and ask for assistance from them. Sense I resigned from pastoring I have neglected the importance of Bible study, prayer and my physical fitness. I have gained weight and my relationship with God has suffered. I am back in law enforcement from taking off for 12 years to go into the ministry full time. My physical, spiritual and emotional health is a high priority but those areas have been neglected due to life changes. The coaching sessions with Clinton helped me reveal, confront and address these areas with confidence towards practical solutions to overall health. The coaching sessions was something I had been thinking about for several months prior to me become a client. Clinton has a practical, non judgmental approach to health coaching to help the client address the challenges they are experiencing and discovering solutions to their own problems. After each session, Clinton asks me what was beneficial during this session and homework for the next one. I can say that the sessions helped me tremendously to alleviate stressors in my life and to achieving healthier lifestyle through relational accountability. I highly recommend Clinton Fleming as a Nurse Coach!"

  • "I am deeply grateful for the support and guidance Nurse Coach Clint Fleming provided over the past 13 years, even as he was developing Shade Tree Health and Wellness. During this time, Clint's ability to help me focus on the actual situations I was facing, rather than getting lost in potential "what if" scenarios, has been beneficial. His holistic approach, which includes healthy living recommendations, has made a significant difference in my life. Moreover, Clint’s integration of my Christian faith into our sessions has provided me with profound spiritual guidance, as he thoughtfully directs me to specific Bible areas relevant to my circumstances.

One situation stands out where Clint helped me to address the challenges I was facing with my aging parent. His approach was incredibly respectful and empathetic, ensuring that all my actions were considerate of my parent's dignity and well-being. Clint's expert advice and guidance gave me the tools to handle this delicate situation with confidence and compassion. His support extended beyond just the immediate issue, as he also provided strategies to manage my stress and emotions effectively, reducing how overwhelmed I felt.

Clint’s guidance has been invaluable in helping me make clear decisions and manage my stress levels. His holistic approach, incorporating both physical elements, such as improving my diet and gut health, and spiritual elements, like grounding me in relevant Bible passages, has helped me approach stressful events with a calm, focused mindset. I am better equipped to handle whatever comes my way with grace, mercy, and resilience. Thank you, Clint, for being there for me and many others.
